Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order on https://cafragrances.com, you acknowledge and agree to the full terms of our Return & Refund Policy outlined below.

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  • We are currently unable to process returns or exchanges for orders placed outside the United States due to international shipping regulations that restrict the return of fragrances. Our return policy applies only to orders within the Continental United States.

  • Sale items are still eligible for exchange or return for store credit under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that the cost of original shipping and payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • To qualify for a return, fragrances must be in their original packaging (box intact) and contain at least 95% or more of the original liquid.

  • CA Fragrances is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending back your items.

If you're unsure whether your fragrance(s) qualify for a return, please email a photo of the item(s) along with your order number to hello@cafragrances.com. We'll review your request and provide pre-approval for return eligibility.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Refund Options
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used to make the purchase, whether it was through PayPal or a debit/credit card.

Our refund options include:
- Money back to the original payment method (PayPal or debit/credit card).

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received
We take great care in inspecting all products before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately at hello@cafragrances.com. Include your order number, the details of the product you intended to purchase, and a description of the issue with the item received. Also, specify whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. We will guide you on how to proceed with the return.

Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to hello@fragrancesoil.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation for a full refund.

Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to return the items in order to receive a refund. The full amount of the order will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.

Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for your item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount, and only the cost (subtotal) of the products will be refunded. For orders that qualified for "Free Shipping," the original shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. By placing an order with us, you agree to our return policy and all other terms and conditions.

We use USPS as our shipping courier, and all shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to the specified address but you have not received it, please contact USPS customer care to investigate the issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the correct address according to the tracking information.
