We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
Once your package is handed over to the courier, ownership transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Additionally, we are not liable for any errors made by the carrier or for incorrect shipping information provided. Shipping is a service purchased through USPS when you place your order with us, so any issues with shipping must be resolved directly with USPS.
Please ensure your address is accurate before placing an order, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are not automatically insured; if you wish to insure your package, please select USPS Priority or Express shipping at checkout. Once the package is handed over to USPS, they assume responsibility for delivery, including handling any concerns regarding delays or lost packages.
